5e Project - Europe and Electronics
An international project. Three areas. Seven Partners. 1 Million Euros. Five E.
5E: a project born to support the European electronics industry. Specifically, why the name 5E? The full name, “Federating European Ecosystems in nanoElectronics, Electronic smart systems and flexible & wearable Electronics ” lets us know partners and associates that are located in the European context – with a focus on various areas.
Three areas are considered: Nano-Electronics, Flexible and Wearable Electronics, and finally Electronic Smart Systems. Adgenera shows its products in the Electronic Smart Systems showcase. Our smart waste bins Adambì, already marked with the SSI trademark, meet the ambitious plan of the project. The patented optical technology is able to monitor the waste production, with significant benefits in the waste collection.
Sure, the purpose of 5E is to broaden the perspectives of the member companies by promoting their collaboration and implementing a common roadmap. Plus, don't forget the digitization, a goal appearing in multiple areas. The 5E project wants to clarify the role of electronics as essential to reach digitization.
The 5E consortium is made up of seven influential partners, one of which we are close to: Mesap Innovation Cluster, the Innovation Pole which today counts over 200 associated small and medium-sized enterprises, including Adgenera.
1 Million Euro Budget and 30 months of time to present your project. Several application areas are considered: construction, consumer electronics, digital production, agriculture and much more!
Once again, we get involved!
